In today's changing market, it is absolutely essential for a professional Realtor to be on top of all of the changing laws and regulations that can affect a real estate transaction (both positively and negatively). In order to give my clients a distinct edge over their competition I am constantly striving to educate myself, and this allows me to then share that knowledge with my clients. I have taken the time to become certified in handling both short sales and bank-owned properties, and I have listed and sold numerous properties in each category.
I am always thrilled to be able to share with my clients the knowledge I have gained over my many years in real estate, and I have found that once they fully understand the process, and know what hurdles and obstacles they can expect in a typical transaction, it takes a lot of the fear and anxiety out of what can be one of the most important financial decisions of their lives.
